Repairs
A fixed price initial diagnosis, the fault explained in plain English, and a fixed price to rectify it before any work starts. In blocks built well before air conditioning existed, the most common fault by a distance is a condensate drain that was run to whatever outlet happened to exist, with barely enough fall to work.
Servicing and maintenance
Four service levels, from $199 including GST for an Essential visit on a single split system, with everything else quoted on enquiry. Because the Eastern Suburbs is a scheduled visit for us rather than a drop-in, it suits planned maintenance particularly well, and booking two or three units in one building on the same day costs less per unit than three separate calls.
Deep cleaning and mould
In a deco flat or a terrace the indoor unit is stripped down where it hangs: the fan barrel and drain tray come off and are cleaned separately, and the coil is cleaned in situ with a catch bag fitted, rather than wiped. That is what shifts a musty smell, because the growth sits behind the filters where cleaning them never reaches.
Decommissioning and Removal
Old air conditioning and refrigeration equipment decommissioned and removed ahead of a strata upgrade, a renovation or a sale. Refrigerant is recovered on site under Refrigerant Trading Authorisation AU60391, and we can provide a written record of what was recovered if a strata manager or agent asks for one.

South to Randwick. Clovelly, Coogee, South Coogee, Randwick, Kensington and Kingsford.
Waverley Council. Bondi, Bondi Beach, Bondi Junction, North Bondi, Bronte, Tamarama, Dover Heights, Queens Park and Waverley.
Maroubra, Malabar, Matraville and everything south of them are outside our service area.
We are based across the harbour on the Lower North Shore, which is where most of our work is.
