The indoor unit is installed inside a ceiling bulkhead or above a wardrobe, with only the slim outlet grille visible. Conditioned air is delivered directly from this grille into the room, keeping the system discreet and quiet.
Unlike fully ducted systems that distribute air through multiple vents from a single indoor unit, bulkhead systems typically serve one room per unit. Each has its own wall controller or remote, allowing individual temperature control.
