Repairs
A fixed price initial diagnosis, the fault explained in plain English, and a fixed price to rectify it before any work starts. In tall buildings the fault that turns up more than any other is a communication error between indoor and outdoor units separated by a long cable run through a riser, which is often a board glitch rather than a failure.
Servicing and maintenance
Four service levels, from $199 including GST for an Essential visit on a single split system, with everything else quoted on enquiry. Shops, studios, salons and small offices running through trading hours all year suit six-monthly servicing rather than annual, and it can generally be scheduled outside trading hours where the site allows it.
Deep cleaning and mould
Cassettes and bulkhead units sitting above a ceiling are the last thing anyone inspects and the first thing to start smelling. The unit is stripped down and cleaned component by component rather than wiped where it can be reached, the drain tray is washed and the line flow tested, and the drainage fault behind it gets fixed. Bulkhead units are quoted separately, because reaching the coil means opening the ceiling or removing the unit.
Decommissioning and Removal
Old equipment stripped out ahead of a fitout or a shop changeover. Tell us at booking who manages building access and any lift booking, so it happens in one visit. Refrigerant is recovered on site under Refrigerant Trading Authorisation AU60391 and the metal goes to a scrap recycler.
