Repairs
A fixed price initial diagnosis, the fault explained in plain English, and a fixed price to rectify it before any work starts. Water through a ceiling, a tripping switchboard, an error code, no cooling on the first hot day.
Servicing and maintenance
Four service levels, from a seasonal check to a full indoor and outdoor deep clean. Maintenance starts from $199 including GST for an Essential visit on a single split system, and everything else is quoted on enquiry, because two houses with the same number of units rarely take the same time.
Deep cleaning and mould
The musty smell when the air con starts up is mould on the indoor coil and fan barrel, behind the filters where cleaning them cannot reach. We strip the indoor unit down, clean the fan barrel and drain tray off the unit, treat the coil in situ, and fix the drainage fault that let it start.
Decommissioning and Removal
Old air conditioning and refrigeration equipment removed, the refrigerant recovered on site under Refrigerant Trading Authorisation AU60391 and the metal sent to a scrap recycler.
